Description
The Power of Consideration is a transformational course designed to help individuals strengthen relationships, improve decision-making, and lead with greater awareness, wisdom, and impact. Rooted in restorative leadership principles, this course explores Consideration as more than kindness or politeness—it is the conscious regard for the needs, values, and dignity of others when making decisions or taking action.
In a culture driven by reaction, speed, and division, many relationships struggle not from lack of intelligence or talent, but from lack of thoughtful engagement. This course challenges participants to slow down, reflect deeply, and develop the relational awareness necessary to build trust in personal, professional, and community environments.
Through practical teaching, guided reflection, and real-world application, participants will examine how Consideration influences communication, conflict, leadership, accountability, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture. The course also explores how assumptions, stress, identity, and personal experiences shape the way people interpret and respond to one another.
Participants will engage with the Seven Practices of Consideration:
- Reflect Deeply
- Expand Your Circle
- Welcome Disagreement
- Question Boldly
- Empower Dissent
- Slow Down
- Center Your Values
Each module is designed to move beyond theory into practical transformation, helping participants strengthen self-awareness, relational maturity, and sustainable influence.
Whether you are a leader, educator, parent, ministry worker, emerging professional, or someone seeking healthier relationships, The Power of Consideration provides a practical framework for engaging others with greater intentionality and wisdom.
This course is not about becoming agreeable or passive. It is about becoming more aware, more grounded, and more capable of building relationships that create lasting impact.
Because strong relationships rarely happen by accident—they are built through consideration.
